Usually we use DHL, Fedex and UPS: It is really fast and you can track online anytime. Normally, it takes only 2-4 working days from here to main cities in the world.

2.Shipping Methods and time

We ship to worldwide destinations that have DHL, Fedex, or UPS Express service. 
You can choose appropriate sculpturing and shipping methods to meet your need, the cost may different according to different priority. 
At present, we offer 4 sculpturing and shipping methods for you to choose: 

1, ships within 2-3 weeks with proofing.
2, ships within 15 days with proofing 
3, ship within 10 days with proofing
4, Wow I need it now, ship within 3 days rush order, no proofs. 

For example, if you choose "ships within 10 days" on 1 Dec, then we will arrange to complete your order and send out by DHL before 11 Dec. and usually, you may expect to get it 2-4 days later.
PS:We will send out emails for proofing to our customers so make sure there's no delay in responding to our proofs which will definitely speed up the whole process.

3.FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping method for order value over 500USD, ship within 2-3 weeks as default shipping method.

For orders less than $500, we charge flat shipping fee $20 for one item to different nations, and every time your order adding one item, the total shipping cost increases by $3.

4.When we complete your bobblehead we will update the state of your order - from processing to complete. At the same time, our website system will send you an email with the detail of shipment - tracking site and tracking number for you to check it out.

5.Shipping Damage Claims - 100% Free Redo

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment. If you get the package with dirty and broken overwrap, Please open and check in front of the courier, if the doll is damaged, please send us photo and we will arrange Free Redo(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims, Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it).
